Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, sensors, and mounting hardware to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship the item back to our UK-based distribution center using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition; once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
